I have an excel spreadsheet I use at work. People in other buildings often need to see it and I have to end up emailing them the newest version. I'd like to have a url I can give them. I'd like to be able to go to a specific url, edit the spreadsheet online, click save and then they could always access the newest version (and change if necessary).

Is this possible? I know google docs does it but my work has google docs blocked.

Any suggestions?

You could try doing it with CSV files. Not as convenient as Excel, and it might not give you all the functionality you need, but then again, it would be easier to implement than an Excel converter.

You can always use Google Documents and share it with whoever needs it. Then everyone will always have access to the updated copy.
