Hey everyone,

I thought I would start a little thread about which web application framework people think is best (e.g CakePHP vs. CodeIgniter vs. Symphony vs. Yii vs. Zend, etc.).

To make things interesting/objective, could people 'vote' for their framework of choice by posting good or interesting sites that were built with them?

i think a lot of people on this forum are still getting to grips with the underlying language

don't think you will get much of a response regarding frameworks

My Favorite PHP Web App Framework is Zend, i develope and modify Magento E-commerce easily!

Interesting, I was wondering why I was getting pretty much zero replies.

Most people tend to avoid Frameworks. They usually just get some of their scripts and make their own library and reuse some of their code. PHP already isn't that hard to learn so most people just code their own PHP. Frameworks take out the learning and fun in my opinion. I guess I don't have a favorite framework seeing as I have never used one, nor has anyone I know ever used one.
