Hey all,

I am aiming to get a way of a script to refresh a page in a frame when the page has loaded.

E.G. When the page loads, it is to refresh the nav.php in the frame, 'leftFrame'.

Question is, could this be done with PHP or do I need to use Javascript?

For client side refreshes, javascript is better.

If it is a form handling, PHP would be good.
