The last 3 days I have actually had fun coding. Why? Well quite simply because I was designing an admin panel and backend stats page for a script that I made.

The reason this was fun is because I didnt have to worry about getting style sheets to work in different browsers, I didnt have to write explanatory text, and I didnt have to do much error checking or worry about security because only a select few will have access. All I have to do is lock down the directory and Im done.

I dont know why exactly I am writing this post (besides that its past 3am now and I am probably starting to go dillusional from sleep deprivation) besides to say that PHP can be fun, you just need the right project

sounds like you are used to doing certain objectives you didn't have to do for this project and felt a lighter workload as a result.

ahhhh a nice project

just wait until you get into OO PHP

don't you find OOP more convenient than Procedural?

I aggree coding is very fun..I was able to build a site alone both designing and programming and did some seo works.
