I'm just wondering how you do you make predefined email template variables.

For example : %CONTACT_NAME%
%JCONTACT_USER%
%COMPANY_NAME%
%LINK%

I want to be able to make some. I'm not exactly sure which coding is involved with it though.

str_replace is all you need

$message = "Dear %CONTACT_NAME%, \n
blah blah blah \n
%LINK%";

$message = str_replace('%CONTACT_NAME%', $contactName, $message);

Is there a website that tells you how to do this? I already have those ones I listed. I just would like to create from scratch.
