Hi all,

I have a special question/request. I am looking for a PHP script that can handle multiple (thousands) of checkboxes etc... What I am looking for is way for people choose one or multiple choices, and it would be best if there was any expandably way to hide/open the different choices by category.

I am not a genius with PHP or any other programming languages, so that is the reason I need help here. I prefer that the script/form is not using mail as sending type, cause the smtp on my windows server doesn't work properly...so sending it to a mysql db would be best.

I hope that there is someone that has a clue if there is any scripts out there that can handle this. It doesn't matter if it is freeware or shareware.

Probably not something you are going to get for nothing.

So a Windows server probably means it doesn't have PHP on it any way and of course it may (or may not) have MySQL either.

I know it wont go for free, but I just need some help if someone knows anything. I am running xampp so everything is ok at the server

I have made a drawing of the thing I want to accomplish. It is not a great drawing, but you get the idea.

The PHP part is fairly simple. PHP mailers usually only loop over the posted form names and their values, then send the information to an email client. Most of the work that you're describing will happen with the client-side code.

Ok thanks...I will try to find a form that fits. And also I have to find some kind of expandable menu to fill in the data.
