I do some work for US Grappling. They are a submission grappling / brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament. I just do things like data entry, create web banners, design posters.
I want some sort of script where they log in and create an order. basically text field where they type what it is they want me to do and they can attach images if needed, put high priority or set a deadline and click submit. I then would get an email telling me "You have a new work Order" or something like that. I'd log in and see what they want me to do and then I could update the status. If I was working on it, the status could be "work in progress" or when complete it'd be "complete" and they would get an email saying that I have started, am working on, or have complete the job.
Is there anything like that?
