I want to set up a blogging service and i plan using one of the scripts around. please can you advice on which one is the best.

Wordpress is by far the best. It is the most functional and customizable.

Blogger is more recommended in those who's new in this field. Since it is easy to use. While word-press is more on professionalism.

Wordpress is a great tool. But do some practice in your local.

Dreamhost is a great service with Wordpress in.

Parsonally I find B2Evo is much easier for those that are not technically minded and dont want to have to learn serious coding.
