Does anyone have a simple script that a form can update a value in a database table.

Something simple that updates.

Like

First Name

Last Name

Email

Are the 3 columns.

There will also be an session with a user logged in, so can someone make it work with the id, as the id will be the row to update.

You don't need a script, you need to learn what sql is and it' syntax:

Once you know that, you will be able to do what you want.
