So I am trying to make a gallery of videos as I add them in a format like this:

Anyways the main thing I want is:
1) An easy way to embed the videos with a tumbnail.
2) Sorted by date added.
3) Once so many videos have been posted and the box is full you can go to the next "page" to view the old videos.
4) The pages are auto generated and thumbnails are moved to the appropriate page when new videos are added. (Each video is bumped back one slot)
Is there an easy way to do this or at least how can I create the pages. I really have no clue where to begin. Atm I can embed the videos with thumbnails but its going to be a lengthy process as I get more and more and have to move them based on page 1 2 3 4 5 6 manually.
