I am beginner with PHP and I have problem with my XAMPP. My Apache server doesn't starts after clicking the start button. Can some one help me?

Sometime's the easy way is to just reïnstal the program.
And make shure you check the checkboxes install apace, mysql

Buddy, we can't to just suppose what is wrong with your server. Can you provide some error messages or log information about? Also we need to know your OS info.

There is no error message, clicking on the start button gives the message that it has been started but doesn't work. I am using Windows XP.

Try reinstalling it first. If it doesn't work, try WAMP or EasyPHP. Both are equally good at the same thing. I personally like WAMP.

after you installed your xamp and restart your windows and then open the xamp control panel and click all button start, but don't forget to allow your xamp running from controler of firewall, maybe your xamp blocked by firewall... or maybe your xamp file doesn't downloaded correctly... make sure all first..
