For my CP project: http://hulk.osd.wednet.edu/~martzkc, I am building a tutorial website, and I would like a PHP form that emails me a name, email, description (255 Char. Max), and a file that they submit (in .RTF or .TXT format, with a folder for the images), that they could use to submit to me a tutorial. The thing is, what is the proper code for it?

You'll want to use the mail() function to have the email sent to you. You'll likely want to find an upload script so people can upload the files. There are plenty of free scripts and tutorials for that. Just search 'upload script' or similar.

For sending the email you can also use the sendmail class - it's a bit more reliable and way more secure than the mail() function.
