I try to instal some script on my hosting. At insturction file, I found this command.
Encoder Installation

For video/audio support you need to install
red5, mplayer, flvtool2. Note: Red5, mplayer, flvtool2 is not mandatory for anova, but for recording videos and audios online through webcam you have
install. Without Red5, mplayer, flvtool2 you can post text questions and answers.

Note: replace domain_ip_address with your server ip addressRed5 Flv Stored Path : /opt/red5/webapps/SOSample/streams/

Upload Pgress bar

Need to install patch file for upload progress bar in site.
Settings:
The following patch required for "file upload progress bar" in Skatic .Please install the patch to
www.pendosoft.org server.
"uploadprogress-0.3.0"
PHP version 5.2.5( will have automatically has "uploadprogress.so " extension (please check under extension_dir),
if not install the following

wget
http://pecl.php.net/get/uploadprogress-0.3.0.tgz
## Extract, build, install
tar xvzf uploadprogress-0.3.0.tgz
cd uploadprogress-0.3.0
phpize
./configure

make test
make install

in php.ini add the followings,

uploadprogress.so ;under extensions
[uploadprogress] ;at the bottom will do
uploadprogress.file.filename_template="/tmp/uploaded_%s.txt"

I dont know what the mean install these software at my webserver.
Where's I must put the files?
I can't ask provider to ionstall the script for me because very expensive.
