Image editing script .

I am wanting to add some script to my users current sites that let them edit there Images , resize and thumbnails would be nice but most important is to allow access to only directory /images/ . www.yourdomain.com/images/ and they must be able to delete
I have look high and low for some easy to use small script to allow me to do this but all are either way to big with to many options or will not let me only allow one directory
anyone on here have any ideas on script I can use .
