trying to make a website that acts in the same way as:http://Bacolicio.us or http://fale.ca/

i'm well versed w/ html & css; wondering if i'll need to learn php and what level of involvement that will require. need to get this done for a project in the next day or two.

no idea what the example sites actually do to give you a clue.

The first one didn't even load up.

I'm hoping that Canadian "FALE" site is in French, and "FAIL" is "FALE" in French... Otherwise that's a FAIL in it's self.

Most likely they'll just be taking the URL in as a paramter and loading the content with cURL, adding in their bacon or fale image before displaying. Should be pretty simple to implement.
