I have set up a mixed martial arts seminar for March where all of the money raised will be donated to charity to benefit Haiti. I would like for people to be able to register for the seminar online and make payment with paypal.

My first thought was to have registration form for them to fill out and once complete they will be directed to a page where they can make payment via paypal but I am expecting a lot of people to register for this seminar and it will be hard to keep up with who has actually paid. The only idea I can come up with now is a form where the results are not submitted until payment has been made.

Now the problem is... I don't know how to do that and don't really have a budget since this is all non-profit and for charity.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions or would anyone be interested in offering help?

Donation or Buy Now button:

Upon receipt of payment, provide a customized URL for registration or simply use the RETURNURL customization to direct customers automatically to it. You can also pass the buyer's transaction details to that form:

I'm designing a script for someone that wants to have an online registration form where people can sign up for a certain event. There is also a cost to attend the event. So I need to have something where they can pay online. PayPal seems like the easiest way to do this. Can somebody show me how to design a script that forwards the person to PayPal to pay for the item and then sends them back to the website after they have paid?

I'd REALLY like it if somehow the registration/form is not sent (emailed) to me if they don't complete their payment. I dont know if that is possible though. I just thought it'd be nice to know every email i get with the registration info is somebody who has paid. this way i won't have to go and look up each registration and try to match it with what i see in paypal to make sure each is paid.

can anyone point me in the right direction or give ideas?

How about a Google search?

You could swap "liberty reserve" for "paypal"

or maybe this remarkably similar post to yours from DigitalPoint
although that one does include the DP advert that I removed from your post!!!
