Can someone please help me with a website problem? I installed a script that allows me to create exit popups.

When I try to access the admin panel, it says "Site error: the file ...../index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator."

So I installed ionCube PHP Loader, but it has made no difference. Maybe I didnt install it properly?

Can someone maybe help me figure this out? PM me for the website URL.

Ok, no responses yet after 8 hours. Maybe I did something wrong. Do I need to publicly post my website details here? I thought I might get a response from someone so we could chat privately about the details.

Stephen are you familiar with FTP CHMOD protocols? You might have to change that file to a specific type of access for you to use it, check this link out.

Personally I'm not familiar with that particular piece of software. I assume the reason you haven't yet had a response is that no one who is familiar with it has come across it. You might have better luck on the ionCube support forum.
