Not sure if this is the correct section to ask (if not i am sorry !!)..

Anyways i am looking to hire a developer for an idea / project i have in mind, i posted on scriptlance but received no offers / replies.. my job i would say is in the advanced coding scale of coding.. i was wondering where i could hire a developer for my project ?

The job would be mostly PHP and maybe some javascript and a little jquery work..

Really appreciate any help on this one, as i really don't have a clue as to where i should start looking.
