use the radio_station_create() function in PHP

It takes properties like...

radio_station_create(station1,station2); 


You may have to use the function

pay_sh1t_loads_of_royalties(array('££££££','$$$$$$$')); 


If you dont use that then you must use the more riskier class.

You could always try to broadcast Shoutcast channels, and/or (legally-available) podcasts, no?
