Hello there, I'm new at php coding or stuff, lets say I know nothing, but I have problem here maybe you guys can help or have similar problem with me.
couple days ago I build proxy directory website, its all good then I realize anybody can submit proxy to my directory without put my backlink in their site.
Is there any chance that I can put some script like backlink checker, so that it will check back link first before somebody can submit their proxy ?
When I googling I found some backlink checker script, the problem is, I don't know where to put, I already try and error like million times 
I hope somebody can help. Thanks
