I hired a guy to install form for capturing emails for the purposes of a newsletter. The person is supposed to fill out the form with their email address and recieve a response in their email to click here and verify email bt they are not getting the email. I am however recieving the email saying they signed up.

The autoresponder works fine by the way.

I am assuming you can view the source code needed from there, but if you need more help let me know.

Make sure they are checking junk/spam folders and that any spam filter is not preventing them from recieving the email.
