Remember the game as a kid where you would think of an animal and the other person would try to guess the animal by only asking you yes or no questions.

I would like to do the same thing with a bunch of forms that need to be completed by the user but in my case, I could have mutlipul forms based on a response.

I am not sure how I might achieve this. Any ideas?

I am using PHP and mySQL if it matters.

Simply use a form using method='get'. Then on the next page, if animal=="monkey" { ....
