i create the rss feed ( for news ) in my website using php using administration page..
all that i need is to synchronize RSS feed with facebook and twitter.. so when updating news in my administration page it will update the RSS feed, and in the same time it will update the same news in twitter and facebook..

can anyone help me in doing this task

Updating something in your own server is normal, But, you can't do that in the other people's server, provided if they give access to do so..
