is there a script that runs the google maps, but has a system within it that allows me to automatically make markers on the map, locations, for as many as i want each day?
im looking to just be able to login to a site that is running the google maps script, input a address/location, and then a marker shows up on the map. only i can add/edit/delete the location, or i can setup account for people to login and do the locations.
anything like this around?

Google maps uses kml files which use latitude, longitude and altitude to locate global points. You would first have to "geocode " your location, there are many api's for doing just that.

No, you have to build that yourself.

So you want Google Maps on your own web site?
Aside from the legalities, I don't see why anyone would want it like that. If you aren't and you want locations pointed out on a map, try Bing.

I don't know if there is a script like that but you can check out http://code.google.com/apis/maps/doc...reference.html for the reference to the Google map api.
