I've created a web site with PHP on Ubuntu Server. This site allow to share some documents.
I would allow the access to this site from determined computer only.
I can't to configure ssl on my server, so can you tell me about any method for to limit accesses?
Can a php site check if an installed file exist on user's computer?

Set up usernames and passwords.

Only determinated pc must to view this site, my client doesn't want to use a password....

Use a firewall to deny all except the allowed users
