REQUIRED: Container Tracking System (no fancy design required) php/mysql
(1) One Administrator can log in and set up new users with the following fields:
* company
* address
* contact person
* username
* password
(2) Users (created above) can login and post 'tickets' with the following fields:
* Current Location
* Size of Bin (either 10,20,30,or 40)
* Contact
* Phone
* Task (either Pickup, Haul & Return, or New Container)
* Comment(s) -- see below
EACH USER when logged in sees list of all their 'tickets' (linked to
details above) and can view/edit/delete their 'tickets'
EACH USER can add/delete/update any of their own tickets.
EACH USER can add comments to each 'ticket' in/on the details view page.
ADMINISTRATOR has access to manage ALL tickets (view/edit/delete)
ADMINISTTATOR gets an email when there is a new ticket posted that
includes the relavant info (i.e. name of user and the location).
