Hello guys,

I am getting this error while trying to install a script:

Warning: require_once(/home/domains/mimusi.com/public_html/common/configs/config_templates.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/admin/domains/mimusi.com/public_html/common/configs/config.inc.php on line 153

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/domains/mimusi.com/public_html/common/configs/config_templates.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/admin/domains/mimusi.com/public_html/common/configs/config.inc.php on line 153

the website is: www.mimusi.com

Anyone have an idea why this is happening? I tried to disable open_basedir
because first I was getting some error about "open_basedir restriction in effect"

I would be happy if anyone could help me out

Thank you

Make sure config.inc.php exists in that directory.

Sorry I meant to say config_templates.inc.php

config.inc.php is the file that is calling require.

If you're certain that the path is valid and the file exists in that path then I'm not sure what could be wrong.

What script are you trying to install? And is this being installed manually, or are you using your web hosts script installer?

I did notice that the config.inc.php script is in a different path than the template file it is requiring. You may want to double check your path again.

Ohh btw I see that: Warning: require_once(/home/domains/mimusi.com/public_html/common/configs

the path should be /home/admin/domains and so on.. the above one doesnt say admin in it. is there a way to change that? and do you know where?

Since I have no idea what the "volume script (social media)" is, you are making it difficult. Throw me more than a crumb, a link to the site that wrote the script would be nice.

Yes, I kind of figured the paths were messed up just by looking at the error message. And the answer to where to fix it is in config.inc.php on line 153 (which is also in the error message).

If you can post that line of code, that would be handy. There is probably a path variable being used, and that variable is set incorrectly.

Unless you can change the location of every website on the server (and any scripts that may "break") you will not be able to.

Just found out what Volume was. This is a commercial script and should qualify for support. You can put in a ticket at Rayzz Technical Support
