How can i use this template for my website - just need simple html site..

I want to use for my website but it is in php format and want to convert into html so i can change the context but want to stay with the same style of template.

Any software by using that i can do that.

Is there anything wrong with just viewing the source, copying it and the stylesheet, pasting it into your editor, and modifying to your needs?

Even easier is to save the page (compete webpage option) you are interested in with your browser. You don't need any special software.
