Hi,

I am looking for a couple of open source (freeware) php scripts.

1. A testimonial script where user can post testimonials on the site. Admin can approve/deny testimonials from backend. Mysql a plus, but not required.

2. A news script where only the admin can post news (updates / maintinance) to the public. Mysql a plus but not required.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I checked Hotscripts & php resource index and neither had working links to the downloads with the freeware version. I found the demos, but not downloadable.

Thank you
Brian

Why not simply look for them by other names?

A "testimonial" is the same a "comment" script in functionality.

I think I am going to stick with my original choice, cutenews because it had both the news & testimonial feature I was looking for. Unless someone else has another choice similar to cutenews I might have missed?
