If you don't have a solution to this, no problem, I will look into something else. But from the looks of it, does it seem like there's more work than meets the eye? Another words, it's probaby not worth all the modifications right?

Probably too much work over forum posts but for a programmer with access to your system source code maybe not.

What kind of sources would you need? I have these sources:

1. The original script zipped up (that's of course only good if you can install to a localhost)
2. A Ftp account where I could provide a user/pass for the server where the script resides

Something else I might have missed?

Haah you can install from zip on a server easily enough. You just need to have the right kind of hosting

Probably, email goes off mid afternoon on weekends, clients have phone numbers if they break anything

without talking with the main guy and talking about the hosting and the appropiate setup is gonna be difficult, I mean, that's my opinion
