It's hard to tell, since there are no footer credits or giveaways in the source code. A website doesn't necessarily need to use a CMS, as it could be hard-coded HTML, but judging by the several spaces of 'blank'-ness before the <!DOCTYPE, there's PHP in there dynamically generating the page.

So, the site uses PHP, but that doesn't mean that it uses a CMS.

My first guess would be Wordpress but after looking at some of the source code i can see clearly that its a Drupal CMS

In it there's alot of commenting on the code per example:

only this little snippet can tell me its Drupal cus of the divs and blocks for modules.

I think it's a custom PHP CMS
