Is it possible to find a PHP script similar to zocdoc.com?

it should support schedules and search by location/zip codes... I am Ok to buy it but I dont want to outsource it to freelancer or similar sites.

any ideas where to find it?

I've not seen a script like this available for free or commercially and I know you don't want to outsource a freelancer, but since this is a simple script (using SQL), I would like to offer to make it or help make the location based search, etc, I'll even do it for free.
