I want to build a tutorial website where I can upload videos from YouTube & visitors can watch the tutorials on the website NOT YouTube, and they must pay via PayPal to enter the members section where they can find the tutorials

Why would anyone pay you for watching videos they can watch on youtube for free?

You may want to rethink your business model.

Yeah, a lot of the content on YouTube you will need permission of the recorders AND YouTube to use. On top of that, if you start to charge people and you make some money, look for a LAWSUIT very quickly.

They can sue you upwards of $5million in damages for copyright infringement.
