I'm currently using cute news to display the news which i show on my website, i have recently decided to make use of the archive section and i split my original 1 column table in to two columns.
I'm using an two include functions to include the news and list of archives, the first one in the left column which is where i want all news and information to display, the second which is in the right column.
What i want to happen is that when the user clicks the archive it opens in the left table, but the current problem i have is that it not only opens in this column but also opens in the right one, is there anyway to solve this until i have completed learning CSS?

Website: Here

Also, can anyone reccomend any good PHP books which are more practical based than reading?
