I have put up a free directory script similar to:

I have almost zero programming knowledge! But I would like to add 3 additional fields to the submission form.

Is this easily done? Like some kind soul posting a few lines of codes so that I could "cut and paste" it in (where??) - or should I really be engaging a programmer to do this?
