I own a little webhosting company,and as i see a lot of people are trying to get a webhosting account using a stollen credit card,most of them are not using a proxy so i thought a php script could do the trick,what i want it to do : i would like it to check the ip`s originary country and if it doesn`t match the Country entered in the order form to automatically ban the user(like placing a cookie or adding his ip to a database , wich i think is more efficient,).Can i find anywhere an already built script wich does this thing?or can anyone do this?If yes how much it will cost me ?
are you using your own credit card acceptance software or a bought or free version?
It is very hard to ban an IP as Internet Service Providers have many IP's in a range and unless their user pays for a static IP, many people can use the same IP. So in banning one, you could be denying plenty of people who are genuine.
I am intrigued as to what you are trying to achieve and would be happy to provide a quote for something that will help, but I would need you to PM me some more information.

Wow, I found an awesome website that can help you out. They let you download a text file that you can run on SQL, and it will create a database for you with all the IP and country information.
