im unsure where to put this,so this seemed best.i apologise in advance.

i have a server with ensim admin tools.my server admin set everything up for,but he is in hospital so i can not get contact with him.

does anybody know how i can obtain my ftp login details?i have found some settings but nothing that will let me change the login name and password etc.

at the top of the CP you should see your ftp address. Then your log in is probably you Ensim username and pass.

the appliance administrator passwords etc?not working unfortunately...i just want to find the name of one file
