I'm looking for a host that will allow me to create POP3 email accounts through script so that when people create an account on my site, it also AUTOMATICALLY creates a POP3 Email account with the same login details...
I'm not sure what's required to be able to do so, or what search terms to use in finding such a host.
Anyone know what features in a host I should be looking for if I want to do this?

You won't be able to do it with a regular shared hosting account. Your better off getting a reseller account and using a script like WHM.AutoPilot to create the accounts.
