Meta Refresh would be simplest.

Its aside from PHP.

Either in the page itself like this:

Code:
<html>
<head>
<title></title>
<meta refresh here....>
</head>

rest of page here...

<pedantic> Nope PHP outputs HTML. your site HAS to be in HTML code for the browsers to display it. </pedantic>

look in header.php the <head> section is probably there.

Ripped from the PHP Manual

PHP Code:
<?php
header
("Location: http://www.example.com/"); /* Redirect browser */

/* Make sure that code below does not get executed when we redirect. */
exit;
?>
This MUST go before any output to the actualy browser (e.g. before any HTML code) that way it will work - using the meta refresh is ok, but there's less typing doing it the PHP Way
