Can any body tell me how to make a functionality in PHP that makes a user to upload a RESUME, and after uploading, that Resume will be store in MYSQL Database, with an email notice to SITE admin that a new resume is uploaded...

When you say upload, do you mean an actual document? (like word, excel watever) or do you mean from a form you have already prepared? It's just that it's not a good idea storing files in a mysql database, please clarify

I need to upload the DOC file or some thing like this to database.

A better idea would be to upload the doc to a folder on the server, and store the filename in the database.
