I am getting a clone of homesellnetwork.com, and i was wondering if someone can tell me, is this legal.

If you're ripping off their logo and STEALING their stuff, that's illegal.

But, if you program the website, and design all of the elements on it... It's perfectly legal, no matter how similar it is to the other website.

although if someone made besides you and you used it with out their consent then its illegal

well, i'd certainly try and take every legal standing i had against you. If you're taking someone else design it IS NOT ORIGINAL - plus it just shows people you have no imagination. If anyone stole any of my design ideas, i would take them to court, and i'm British, we dont even do that!
