I'am a PHP Programmer in Africa/Nigeria hmm really don't earn much ppl are not ready to pay 4 php work sepreatly .! but rather they pay everything wen u really creating a dynamic page which you having php work in there and everything is calculated 2gether. not p/hr but by calculating all page built.. e.g 10pages could go 4 $1000 depends on your client. some client may rather say.. $500 10pages.. including php work..
