Does anyone know of a good 'ready-made' set of scripts in PHP for providing a help/knowledgebase for customers?

I download one once at SourceForge, but have deleted by mistake.

The concept is to have a database of topics, q's and a's. A column on the left would be the menu and the right would be the content.

ANy ideas?

I would like to provide documentation for our service in an easy-to-mange manner.

I have begun to design it myself, although i have seen this already done before.

Basically uses frames. On the left hand frame is the menu and the right hand frame is the documentation.

found this URL searching google, im pretty sure there is a PHP script from the open source franchise, but i couldn't find it, sure i've seen it before! Anyway, i've heard of the script below before but never used it.
