I installed XAMPP INSTALLER and after downloading and all that i installed it and went straight to my browser and type http://localhost/ but i can't really figure it out..can someone help me out.. ??

I have xampp installed, and I click on the "xampp_start.exe" Orange icon in the xampp folder.

have you read the text file: "readme_en.txt"

that will tell you more!

Yes, i believe after extracting it you have to run a setup bat file.
After you have to run xampp_start.exe

There is also bat files for MySQL etc. Just start and stop
