I'm trying to take a dump of my MYSQL database. The host is globat.com and they are using phpMyAdmin 2.5.2-pt1. I've tried using the export function and export the whole database as a .sql dump file. However it just won't do it. The server times out at like 300kb for whatever reason and my database is like 30 megs or more. I'm using a cable modem with 400K plus downloads, I know it's not on my end. I've tried using secondary php mysql backup utilities but have ran into the same problem. I really need to get a dump of my database because I'm trying to move to a different server because frankly globat's mysql database is really slow. My members are begining to complain, it's bad. Any suggestions on utilities or methods to get a .sql dump without timeouts would be greatly appreciated.

have u ever used MySQLFront 2.0 u can easly import ur stuff witth that.
Just go to google. and type Download mySQLfront 2.0

I'm not importing, I'm exporting. I use bigdump.php for importing.
