I was wondering, how would I go about creating a photo sharing for my site visitors? I want to make it where they can take their pictures and post on my site for others to see. I really don't want to use a free service as I do want it to match the site layout and look professional. If anyone knows of a way to do this, please let me know.

You won't be able to do this using static html alone - you will need to use some way of generating dynamic content. PHP and ASP.NET are the two main ways to do this, however there are other ways (perl CGI scripts, python, Java server page etc).

what would be the easiest for me to do? Where would I even find the info on PHP and ASP.NET to be able to do this? Would it probably be best to have someone create one for me and then pay them? LOL

Nope. I know I have 5 MySQL accounts, but thats about it. Other than that I just have an idea without a clue..

If you plan on using a prewritten script such as Coppermine, then you'll need to look at the installation instructions for that (if any). If you want to write your own/ customise a premade one to suit your site, this is quite a big job. If you know no PHP whatsoever I would recommend picking a smaller project to start learning on.
