PhpMyAdmin is the best! As for Cpanel, you should upgrade to Zpanel, Cpanel is kinda old..

cPanel is fine and is in no way "old". It's constantly being upgraded.

phpMyAdmin is indeed the best mySql admin tool. It is already found in cPanel, just look at the bottom of the page where you create your mySql databases for a link to phpMyAdmin.

xPanel is ok, it's really only used by free hosts and it's cheap.
