Hello

I have a resize image script, however, it won't work is the path to the image (which is to be resized) is a web address:

eg http://hamishnet.homelinux.com/hamis...k/P1010005.JPG

When the path is like the above, the browser just sits thinking, but displays nothing.

however, if it is the linux path, then it works:
eg /web/www/hamish/chesterst/uploads/artwork/P1010005.JPG

Can anyone tell me why this might be the case? I'm sure that it should work !

Any telepates on the forum? I'm sure none. How do you get the contents of file to resize?
