Hello,
I'm having trouble doing link tracking for one of my affiliates because of the way they setup their banners. I have an affiliate who requires their banners to look something like this:
<script language="Javascript" src="www.theirserver.com/blah.js"></script><noscript><a href="www.theirserver.com"><img src="www.theirserver.com/img_generator"></a></noscript>
I'm using a 3rd party link tracker (onestat.com) which uses a little javascript on each page to track each page. Now, with my other affiliates I can make a redirect page, where if the user clicks on a banner, it will go to a redirect page on my site, hit the link tracking javascript, then redirect the user to the affiliate seemlessly, and onestat will show that somebody clicked the link (cuz the user hit the redirect page). The problem w/ the aforementioned affiliate, is that the banner is constantly changing and the source is on their end, so i cant figure out how to make a redirect page. Since their banner is on their end, i cant seperate the image from the link, hence i can't make a redirect page. Anybody have any ideas for getting around this besides coding my own entire link tracking system? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
WeezelDS
